The Organic Liquefying Press separates mixed organic waste fractions under extremely high pressure, resulting in the biodegradable fraction to liquefy. The biodegradable fractions are thus becoming aqueous and are then separated together with the moisture when pressed trough a perforation screen. In this way the aqueous biodegradable fractions will be separated from the solid fraction.
Kusters has been developing, designing, producing, installing and maintaining presses since 1981 and runs over 500 presses globally. Our experience has taken us through a large number of industries and applications. Segregating Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) is the next step in our journey for our presses.
