We had the pleasure of attending the Insecta International Conference for the first time last year, and we're excited to announce that we'll be returning this year from 13-14 September. It's an event that brings together professionals from around the world to discuss cutting-edge technology related to insects for food, feed, and non-food applications.
The conference covers topics that span the entire value chain, including research, rearing, processing, safety, and waste valorisation, while also exploring ethical and environmental considerations. The International Conference Insecta has been going strong since 2017.
